Yes, you can purchase firearms online, but all transactions must comply with your state’s laws. Firearms purchased online must be transferred to an authorized F.F.L. dealer for completion of the sale. 3. What are F.F.L. transfers, and how do they work? An F.F.L. (Federal Firearms License) transfer is required to legally transfer a firearm from one dealer to another. If you purchase a firearm online or from another dealer, it must be shipped to a licensed F.F.L. dealer for processing. We are happy to handle these transfers for you. 4. Do you ship ammunition? No, all ammunition sales are for in-store pick-up only. Shipping ammunition is not available. 5. Do you follow A.T.F. rules and regulations? Yes, all firearm and ammunition sales comply with the rules and laws set by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (A.T.F.).
